TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

1. INTRODUCTION
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the provision of internet and related services 
(“Services”) by Sinno Technologies Africa (Pty) Ltd (“Sinno”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) to the customer 
(“you” or “Subscriber”).
By subscribing to or using our Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
2. SERVICES PROVIDED
Sinno provides fixed wireless broadband connectivity and related ICT services to households, 
businesses, institutions, and public access points.
Service offerings include:
•  Residential internet packages
•  Business connectivity
•  Institutional connectivity (schools, clinics, hubs)
•  Public Wi-Fi access
3. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
3.1 Services are provided on a best-effort basis and are subject to:
•  Network coverage
•  Signal strength
•  Environmental conditions
•  Power availability
3.2 Speeds advertised are “up to” speeds and are not guaranteed.
3.3 Sinno does not guarantee uninterrupted service and shall not be liable for downtime due to:
•  Load shedding or power outages
•  Equipment failure
•  Maintenance
•  Third-party network disruptions
4. INSTALLATION
4.1 Installation fees may apply and are payable upfront unless otherwise agreed.
4.2 The Subscriber must:
•  Provide safe and reasonable access to premises
•  Ensure power availability
•  Allow installation of required equipment
4.3 Installed equipment remains the property of Sinno unless otherwise stated.
5. FEES AND PAYMENT
5.1 Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance.
5.2 Payment is due on or before the agreed billing date.
5.3 Failure to pay may result in:
•  Suspension of services
•  Additional reconnection fees
5.4 Sinno reserves the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice.
6. FAIR USAGE POLICY (FUP)
6.1 To ensure equitable access for all users, Sinno applies a Fair Usage Policy.
6.2 During periods of high network demand:
•  Speeds may be reduced
•  Bandwidth may be managed
6.3 Abuse of network resources may result in service restriction or suspension.
7. ACCEPTABLE USE
The Subscriber agrees not to:
•  Use the Service for unlawful or fraudulent activities
•  Distribute harmful or illegal content
•  Interfere with network performance or security
•  Resell or share services without written consent
Sinno reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for violations.
8. TERM AND TERMINATION
8.1 This Agreement continues a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed.
8.2 Either party may terminate the service with 30 days written notice.
8.3 Sinno may terminate or suspend services immediately in cases of:
•  Non-payment
•  Breach of terms
•  Illegal activity
9. LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMER
9.1 Services are provided “as is” and “as available”.
9.2 Sinno shall not be liable for:
•  Loss of income, data, or business
•  Indirect or consequential damages
•  Service interruptions beyond our control
9.3 The Subscriber uses the Service at their own risk.
10. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
The Subscriber agrees to:
•  Provide accurate information
•  Maintain secure use of the service
•  Not tamper with installed equipment
•  Report faults promptly 
11. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
Sinno processes personal information in accordance with applicable South African laws, including 
the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

12. CHANGES TO TERMS
Sinno reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be 
communicated via appropriate channels.
13. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
